Stay True To His Story

The Lord is letting His story play. It is a story that includes everything that is, was, and is to come, which includes all of us. It is truly the greatest story ever told, which is no shocker because it has been authored by GOD Almighty. That being said, it is highly important that we accept our roles and follow the script. That is if we desire to partake of the happily ever after. There is an adversary in the story that tried to shift the whole narrative to keep the star of the story from rescuing His bride and being crowned King of kings, but this enemy has failed. Christ has overcome the world and been given all power in heaven and earth and will soon return to take the bride, the Church. Many fictional stories have borrowed from this original and true overarching story. I assure you that none of the spin offs are as beautiful and fulfilling as the original one.

That being said, I reiterate the importance of each of us immersing ourselves in the story of Christ and His Kingdom and denouncing all other narratives outside of what is captured in holy scripture. When I refer to holy scripture, I am referring to the Masoretic text or the old testament of the Holy Bible, as well as the new testament of the holy bible which unpacks and reveals many of the mysteries of the old testament and records the teachings of Christ the King as we enter the culmination of His story and gives us the final chapter in the prophecy of Revelations.

The Lord has given us evidence of His genuine authorship of reality by patterning creation itself after the truth He desires for us to embrace. We see it in the beginning with Adam, the first man, who has the making of Eve within Himself, and the eventual presentation of her as his bride after he is laid to rest and she is formed from his body and then he is awakened again, and they are brought together to populate the earth in the image of GOD. This is evidenced in creation by the male being the only one having the X and the Y chromosome, embodying the source of both genders. We see this evidenced in creation by the reality that the only way human life can be perpetuated in the earth is through the organic union of man and woman. These physical realities cue us to the spiritual truths the Lord desires us to see in the revelation of Christ as the male and groom of this new beginning and the formation of the Church as the female and bride, and their union producing the generations who will populate His Kingdom forever.

2 Now I praise you, brethren, that you remember me in all things and keep the traditions just as I delivered them to you. But I want you to know that the head of every man is Christ, the head of woman is man, and the head of Christ is God. (1 Corinthians 11:2-3)

25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, 26 that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, 27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. 28 So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself. 29 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church. (Ephesian 5:25-29)

The headship of the male, in the church and in the home, is ordained to cue us to Christ as the Bridegroom and King. Any headship in the church or in the home that doesn’t align with this and doesn’t govern by serving, protecting, and providing in righteousness and love is perverted in that it diverges from the narrative ordained by GOD. The help of the female in the church and in the home is ordained to cue us to the nurturing and empowering aspects of GOD’s love. She is the embodiment of the gift of life. She amplifies the foundation of love that underpins the vision of the GOD by her giftings as the beautiful fire of life. The fact that the Holy Spirit is called He, should in no way detract from the fact that the female more holistically embodies the workings of the Comforter, as the Holy Spirit is identified in some versions of the bible. YEHOSHUA referring to the Holy Spirit as the Helper is a direct correlation to Eve’s calling. Those disagreeing with this pattern laid out by GOD have either been deceived by the adversary that has come to kill, steal, and destroy or are just denying the truth.

John 14:16-17

16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. (NKJV)

16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever; 17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. (KJV)

11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. 12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved.” (Matthew 24:11-13)

The adversary spreads wickedness, darkness, and lies as part of his strategy to diminish the vision of love in the earth. Due to the lens of this current world order being soiled by injustice, hate, selfishness, greed, incontinence, unrighteousness, and all other forms of ungodliness, it is nearly impossible to see the goodness underlying YAHWEHS ordained scripts and narratives. With so few being true to their ordained roles and so many creating their own scripts, the love meant to warm this world has grown cold. The prophet Isaiah informed us by the Spirit of GOD that Christ would come and heal our eyes and heal our hearts to enable us to see the vision of GOD again and to enable us to hold the fire of His love in our hearts, so that we would have the faith to gloriously fulfill our roles as scripted.

Many that have heard the gospel of Christ now need to allow the truth of the gospel to renew their minds by casting down remnants of fear, doubt, and unbelief. We must take our hearts to the cross and see the depth of the love and forgiveness poured out from the heart of the righteous and blameless King, which came to redeem His Kingdom by the sacrifice of His own life, further validating His story of life giving love. We need to purge our hearts and minds from all that detracts from His story that His love may be evidenced in our lives as we fulfill our roles as husbands, wives, grooms, brides, obedient children of GOD the Father, ambassadors of the Kingdom of GOD, royal priest, soldiers of righteousness, the body of Christ, first fruit of the resurrection, living epistles of the letters of the early church, and newborn babes birthed from the will of GOD. The story of YAHWEH is so rich that all who are willing to fulfill their roles prosper forever more.
