The Antidote for Today

GOD lays the axe to the root. The destruction of evil people is inevitable because evil is corruption and corruption cannot sustain life. The focus of GOD is on the root of the evil which is the resistance to Him. People would like to see GOD destroy all their enemies but the problem here is that people don’t truly understand who the enemy is. We wrestle not against flesh and blood but against the rulers of darkness and spiritual wickedness in high places. The true culprits of this present darkness have already been judged and sentenced; however, man is being given the opportunity to decide whose side he wants to be on for all eternity. There is no liberty without a choice.

GOD is good, and there is not one child or innocent person in GOD’s eyes who has suffered under the tyranny of evil which will not be made whole through His love and mercy. We must be mindful of the reality that our stories do not begin or end in this world. Our life on earth is just a filter through which eternity has passed. All things are possible with GOD. If we only consider a small piece of the story in our assessment of life, without including the weightiness of all eternity, then our measure will be unjust. Those who accuse GOD of being unloving and unjust have been blinded and deceived.

You see this ploy to discredit GOD and subjugate humanity at work in the Garden of Eden with the lying accusation given to Adam and Eve from Satan. This same lie, working like a perpetual venom, has had lethal power throughout humanity right up unto Christ, The Antidote. For this reason, GOD sent us the very expression of His love and truth as the cure. Those who receive the testimony of Christ are given the power to purge this evil venom from their soul. Thus, the venomous head of Satan being mortally wounded by the life of Christ as prophesied.

¹⁴ And the Lord God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:

¹⁵ And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. (Genesis 3:14-15 KJV)

This prophecy in Genesis foretells the birth and life of Christ, as well as His crucifixion. The gospel of Christ is the light which has entered the world for a season to liberate those who are seeking truth. They which hunger and thirst for righteousness can truly be filled. At the end of what is referred to as the church age, those which carry the great torch of the testimony of Christ will be harvested from the earth, as the Groom and Bride are reconciled, then the darkness will return and the deadly wound of the serpent will be healed as prophesied.

And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. (Revelation 13:3 KJV)

Though there is darkness and evil in the world today please understand that the love of GOD is enormously present as well. Believe me when I say it could be far worst than it is, and eventually it will get worst but rejoice because the light is still present, and today is still the acceptable day of the Lord. GOD came to earth in the person of Christ to expunge all the lying accusations of the great deceiver. Learn the lesson given to us of the children of Israel journeying through the desert.

⁵ And the people spake against God, and against Moses, Wherefore have ye brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? for there is no bread, neither is there any water; and our soul loatheth this light bread.

⁶ And the Lord sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.

⁷ Therefore the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against the Lord, and against thee; pray unto the Lord, that he take away the serpents from us. And Moses prayed for the people.

⁸ And the Lord said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall live.

⁹ And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived. (Number 21:5-9 KJV)

Do not accept any accusations against GOD. The Lord has given us a much greater sign than the serpent upon a rod which Moses held up. Behold the cross of Christ and be healed. To receive the testimony of Christ is to receive the love of GOD and to have your broken heart restored and your mind renewed. YESHUA the Christ, the Anointed One, the WORD made flesh, the WAY, the TRUTH, the LIFE, the Lion of Judah, the Lamb of GOD, is the true and living hope for mankind. Seek Him now while He can be found, and He will give you living waters unto life eternal. Christ is the antidote for today.

¹⁴ And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:

¹⁵ That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

¹⁶ For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:14-16 KJV)
