The only Supremacy authorized in the Universe is the Supremacy of Christ, and He is one with the Father, and the Holy Spirit. When heaven was dismayed because no man was found worthy to open the Seals on the Book of Life, only Christ the Lamb of GOD was qualified to open the book. Holy prophecy has proclaimed that every knee will bow, and every tongue will confess that Christ is Lord of All. There are no blood lines in the earth given supremacy over any other…NONE! YESHUA the Christ is referred to as the second Adam because He had no earthly progenitors. I listened to a conversation recently regarding Jews being GOD’s chosen people. That is often stated as if Jews have some type of supremacy through natural birth over other races. All race supremacy is devilish. There is nothing good or worthy of extolling in the flesh alone. The sanctification of Jews was predicated on their fulfilling the terms of a covenant, which demanded their obedience to the commands of YAHWEH, which would bring Him glory by lighting the way for the ignorant and the non-believer. They were to be the salt of the earth and the light of the gentiles. They failed to fulfill that call but have provided the earth with a testimony that is truly enlightening, and they will have their reward. The first shall be last and the last shall be first. They were the first called but they will be the last chosen.
I started to engage in the conversation, but I needed time to consider why after studying the teachings of the Apostle Paul these men were so quick to concede that Jews were GOD’s chosen people and even that Christ Almighty was Jewish. Their conclusion has more to do with American religious culture than holy scripture. Yes, Christ was born of a Jewish woman and most likely circumcised, but just as He was more than just a man, He was also more than just a Jew. His connection to David and to Abraham was spiritual. Christ embodied Judaism but Judaism was never meant to fully embody Christ. Christ transcended Judaism, which is what Paul tried so diligently to convince men of. The Apostle Paul championed the superiority of the new covenant being offered through the blood of Christ. The covenant being offered in Christ is the latter part of the covenant made to Abraham. Included in the Abrahamic covenant was a promise that YAHWEH would also make a covenant with His seed after Him. Christ is that holy seed which has blessed ALL nations with the new covenant that is through His blood.
Judaism was born out of the Mosaic covenant. Christ fulfilled the requirements of the law by living sinless and then giving himself as an offering of perfect atonement. Now the blood of this most Holy Lamb is able to fulfill the requirements of the Mosaic Covenant and usher ALL who believe into the new covenant of spirit and life. The blood of Christ and the preaching of His Gospel is the blow that bruises Satan’s head. This was the prophecy YAHWEH gave in the garden when He spoke of a seed that would bruise the head of the serpent, though the serpent would bruise His heel. This same seed was also the subject of the Abrahamic covenant. The chosen are the seed of the Abrahamic covenant, not the Mosaic covenant. The children of Sarah (spirit), not the children of Hagar (law). The chosen are those who believe the testimony of Christ by faith as did Abraham. Many are called, but few are chosen. Israel has been called faithfully by YAHWEH over the ages but only a few will answer in faith.
All have been called in Christ to illuminate that He is the way, the truth, and the life. The righteousness which ALL men are called to transcends the rudimentary law which defines Judaism. The law came to prove that Adam and Eve’s decision was the wrong one. The knowledge of good and evil alone isn’t sufficient to fulfill or restore the heart. The heart, which is the tributary for the issues of life, can only thrive from a relationship with GOD based on faith in His unfailing love.
Israel’s supremacy as a right of natural birth has been promoted and accepted by White supremacist because it provides a warped premise for the evils of genocide and racial oppression. The evils of European colonization have been justified through a perverted comparison to the conquest of Canaan Land by Israel. We must understand that the biased promotion of Jews as GOD’s chosen people, along with the blind support of Israeli supremacy over Palestinians give credence to racism and genocide all over the world. The idea of Israel’s supremacy as a right of natural birth has been used as a conscience searing biblical justification for White supremacy in America from its formation. Is the Israeli government above the commands of Christ? Is the American government above the commands of Christ? NO! There will be a recompense for these evils as well as all unrighteousness. Christ has commanded that we love our neighbors and our enemies, and that we bless those who curse us, and that we do good to those who hate us, and that we pray for those who persecute us. This does not mean we should become a door mat for those who would harm us. It does mean that our motives should always be centered in what is best for all according to the standards of GOD’s love. Christ advocating for ALL humans, including those persecuting the Jews, weighed into the consensus to free Barabbas in His place. When loyalty to what is best for ALL humans becomes a national threat, then the borders of that nation have been drawn in wickedness. The mistreatment of Palestinian people is evil, just as the mistreatment of humans seeking refuge at America’s borders is evil, and the ongoing historical mistreatment of the poor and non-white is evil. All social policy based on race supremacy or national supremacy is devilish. The Kingdom of Christ is the only supreme kingdom because He rules in righteousness, and He is above ALL things since all things were made and sustained by Him.
The qualifications for being GOD’s chosen has ALWAYS been predicated upon righteousness and holiness, which are evidence of spiritual birth, not physical birth. The children of Israel failed to qualify under the Mosaic covenant because they needed spiritual rebirth. No one enters the eternal kingdom of Christ unless they are born again by the spirit of GOD. The spiritual qualifications for being chosen by GOD are throughout scripture. Here are a few scriptures which illuminate what I am writing about.

Would be nice to see the scripture incorporated into the text instead of the end for research or confirmation, but that is a personal preference. I enjoyed reading the article and found it in line with the word. I suggest the scripture as a way to break down so many mis-teachings on the topic, where folk believe being a Jew is chief over being obedient to the WORD of GOD. John 14 reads: He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. This does not speak of any particular people, but the people hath and keep the commandments, to him is the promise given. thank you Dee.

Thanks for your comment! I normally would have inserted scripture with in the body of the post but that would have made this post very long before completing the explanation of the truth I am asking readers to consider. My hope is that the reader will explore the cited scriptures for the final authority on what I have stated. I realize that this is a challenging assertion for many in the current Christian culture, because even many confessing Christians take the name of Christ without entering the covenant of the cross which marries them to Him. The Apostle Paul wrote that the historical record of the Jews has been put forward for our edification that we shouldn’t make the same mistakes and fail to qualify for the Lord’s feast we have been bidden to. For the church to be unified and fulfill her call, she must rid herself of the ways of the world with its biases. We are living in a time of awakening when the spiritual shofar is being blown, calling us to sanctification of heart and mind. Let’s run with abandon to meet our Lord, forsaking all else.
