Living the impossible begins with believing on Him for which nothing is impossible.

To follow Christ our Savior, you must be willing to tread on ground which few have traveled. In fact, you must believe that He can lead you through impossible places unto new life. To follow Christ, you must have the sight that He gives through His spirit, which is different from the sight you are born with through the physical. This spiritual sight comes from faith in His word.

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1

Things not seen in that verse refer to things not seen by the physical eye. Though Christ our Savior can restore physical sight to the eyes, the spiritual sight He provides comes from healing the broken heart. The new heart can hold the hope and confidence in His word needed to receive physical and spiritual blessings. Without this faith it is impossible to please GOD because without confidence in Him we will never perform the work needed to harvest what His Word provides, and without this holy harvest, we will have nothing to offer which is acceptable to Him.

Caine had an opportunity to become acceptable to the Father but he rejected the reproof and instruction given to him. In other words, he rejected the way of the Lord with a hardened heart and insisted on his own way. This same behavior towards the way of the wilderness caused the children of Israel which came out of Egypt to be rejected. In like manner today, those who reject the way of the cross for salvation will be rejected. The Lord is showing us that the way He chooses frustrates the carnal man because it is impossible for him, so we must become of the spirit to accept the way of the Spirit. What is impossible for the carnal man is easy for the spirit man. We must be born again.
